An art light installation developed to activate the “VianaStarts” project, exploring the connection between the past and the future.

In the center of the bandstand, an industrial tubular structure stands as a symbolic object, connecting the historic space to the future transformation of the old Slaughterhouse into the Viana Starts building.
This structure supports LED bars that emit sequences of light, creating and deconstructing the space. The light sequences reflect the dynamism and activity of the Slaughterhouse’s past, as well as the future innovation that awaits it.

The installation not only lights the bandstand but also invites reflection on urban transformation and collective memory, celebrating the continuity and renewal of spaces and the communities that inhabit them.
